What do you help with?

I work with product teams to review and guide roadmaps, manage features when capacity is tight, review and manage team tooling, or write specifications.

How do you work with teams?

I join as a fractional (contract) product lead. We set clear goals, keep in touch, and adjust as your needs change. My job is to make things easier. I work only as much as you need me to.

What’s your background?

I’ve worked with startups from idea to exit in healthech, mobility tech, cybersecurity, personal finance, back office B2B, and creative tech. I can learn other industries quickly, too.

Do you work with global clients?

Yes! I’m based in Singapore a work worldwide. I’m flexible with time zones and remote work, so location isn’t a problem.
